Postage discount available – we use pallets that can carry goods up to 4ftx4ft圆ft so as long as we can get it on one pallet you can have as many other items delivered free. Out lying areas & the Highlands may incur additional costs. It is your responsibility to make sure the items will fit into your house go upstairs / through doors etc. Do not dispose of packaging until you are satisfied you wish to keep the item(s). You will need to be able to unpack / move items yourself & dispose of pallet & packaging.

The driver will deliver to the kerbside & maybe to the door if your access allows. PALLET Delivered by a large lorry with a tail lift. Deliveries to offshore Islands, Northern Ireland/ Highlands of Scotland & outlying areas will be £7.95 extra per box. These rates/services are for UK Mainland only and exclude big/bulky items - items that need to be delivered by pallet or have a separate delivery charge.- Out lying areas may take a little longer. Delivery Charge if item under £50 is £4.95.
We use DPD 2 working day, tracked, insured & a signature is required for all deliveries.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
